PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Information to users
(Art. 13 of D. Lgs June 30, 2003 n. 196)
Dear User,
pursuant to art. 13 of D. Lgs June30, 2003 n. 196 - "Code for the Protection of Personal Information" - (hereinafter "the Code"), the promoter informs you as follows:
1. Aims and method processing of personal data
Your personal data are collected and processed by the Promoter for the following purposes:
a) Purposes related to participation in the contest sponsored by the Promoter
b) Sending of commercial communications (marketing) and direct sales. After having received your express consent, your personal data may be used by the Promoter for sending commercial communications (marketing) and / or direct sales, e-mail, fax, telephone and other technologies of distance communication. The consent to the processing of these data is optional and a possible refusal to treatment does not result in the inability to participate in the contest sponsored by the Promoter. Even if consent is achieved, the user shall have the right to oppose, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes and / or direct sales, asking the Promoter, without any formalities.
2. Method of processing
In relation to both the above purposes, the processing of data will be using computer and/or telematic tools and on paper, in any case, using instruments that guarantee security and confidentiality through the adoption of safety measures prescribed by the Code.
3. Communication field and diffusion of data
After having received your express consent, your personal data may be communicated to subsidiary/ holding or affiliate companies of the Promoter, to entities transferees of company or business unit, to companies resulting from possible mergers or splits of the Promoter, and possibly to any third parties for the performance of outsourced services on behalf of the Promoter.
These subjects, acting as independent holders of treatment, after sending their own information, will process the data to send commercial communications (marketing) and/or direct sale in relation to its products or services, by e-mail, fax, telephone and other technologies of distance communication, without prejudice his right to object at any time to treatment for such purposes, making a simple request without any formalities relating to the data controller.
Your personal data will not be in any way divulged to the public except for any winner notification of the contest on the websites of the Promoter.
4. Owner and controller
La Myse is the owner of the processing of data provided by users.
5. Rights under art. 7 of Code
The holders of personal data have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the data and to know the content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating or rectification (Article 7 of the Code).
According to the same Article shall have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data handled in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.

Processing of personal data for promotional purposes
According to Arts. 23 of D. Lgs. 196/2003 and 58 of D. Lgs. 206/2005, took note of information provided by the Company, fully informed of my rights, I give my consent to the processing of my personal data for promotional, commercial, marketing and direct sales via e-mail, fax, telephone and any other technology of distance communication, as specified in paragraph 1 (b) of the Information.
Sale conditions
Prices
The prices of every article are VAT NOT INCLUDED. In case of changes in VAT rates, after the date of printing of catalogs, there will be price changes. Transport costs, as flat rate contribution, are also subject to ordinary tax. The prices listed in the catalog are those that the customer has actually paid with the addition of fixed amount for shipping, directly indicated in the purchase order.
Quality
La Myse control the quality of each item and providers are chosen after detailed examinations that demonstrate their competence and reliability. However, for any anomalies, please write to our support center info@lamyse.com.
Money Back Guarantee
On all products, La Myse has a guarantee “Money back guarantee”. With this guarantee, if an article does not match exactly to the expectations, may be sent back WITHIN 30 DAYS from the date of receipt, in unopened package, following the procedure indicated on the forms that accompany the merchandise and request a replacement or refund with other articles.
La Myse extended the guarantee “Money back guarantee” to 30 days compared to 10 normally intended for distance sales. The warranty is applicable on all products except for personalized items requested by the customer for whom it is also no right of withdrawal (Art. 5 paragraph 3 lett.c D.Lg.185/99). The costs incurred for the return shipment of the customer.
Right of withdrawal
According to Art. 64 and following of D. Lgs 206/2005, (Consumer Code), the customer has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason and without explanation, to the conditions set out below. To exercise this right, the customer must write to our customer service info@lamyse.com and request the "Nr. of Return Authorization" (RMA). The customer must return, at his own expense, the products within 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods (rather than within the 10 days provided by the Consumer Code). The company will refund the amount paid for the purchase of goods returned by sending a bank transfer and in case of payment by credit card, the transfer of the amount charged and within 30 days from the date on which the company became aware of the withdrawal.
Order
The products are shipped to the customer with free packaging and are accompanied by a DELIVERY ORDER or, upon request, by ACCOMPANYNG BILL, which includes a list of all items shipped. The bill must be requested at time of order, indicating the number of VAT. In no case bills will be issued after the shipment of the material.
Delivery time and mode
La Myse agrees to make delivery of available items in about 20 days after receipt of order.
- With Express Courier (standard delivery) the delivery times are of 24/48 hours and the package is traceable on the website of the courier. The package is delivered to your home and in case of absence at the time of delivery, will be left a notice. The Customer shall write to our Customer Service department at info@lamyse.com to arrange a new delivery.
In case of multiple shipments, the fixed contribution and the right of marking, to be paid only once with the first shipment of the goods, even if the momentary lack of any article made it necessary to send several parcels.
Shipping costs
These costs will be charged once per order, regardless of the number of packages shipped. Transport costs, as flat rate contribution, are also subject to ordinary tax.
Payments
Paypal.
With the method of payment Paypal you can purchase in complete safety, without even having to enter data of your credit card. In this case, the charges on your credit card will be made directly at the time of the transaction.
